As a result of this 3 MONTH challenge, we have created two mini yoga sessions of 20 minutes each. You can find the first sequence here and we invite you to be creative. With all the stretches we’ve seen together over the last few weeks, you can create your own yoga routines and sequences.

Month 1: Creating a stretching habit

Month 2: Arm stretches
- Static & Dynamic Arm Stretches
- Restorative Yoga for Arms

3rd Month: Leg stretches
- Static & dynamic leg stretches
- Restorative Yoga for the legs
- Partner Yoga for the legs
Here are some rules for creating your routines:
- Find a quiet place, where you will not be disturbed,
- Take some quiet time to listen to yourself and note which part of your body you need to stretch,
- Let your inner voice guide you, don’t think too much,
- Do stretch that feel good and don’t force your little body,
- Be gentle and do your movements with awareness,
- Congratulate yourself for taking time for yourself,
