CONGRATULATIONS!
We have completed the 3 months of yoga challenges. You can congratulate yourself for making it to the end, because now you have plenty of strings to your bow to create your own YOGA sequences.
Together since September (our first month of Yoga Challenge) we have been working on several yoga and stretching postures. Here’s a little recap of what we’ve been doing over the past three months.
The 1st month: we worked on the back area, with static, dynamic, restorative yoga and partner yoga stretches.
The 2ᵉ month: we worked the upper area ( shoulders & arms) with static, dynamic, restorative yoga and partner yoga stretches.
The 3ᵉ month: we worked the lower area (legs & hips) with static, dynamic, restorative yoga and partner yoga stretches.
With these three months of regular and/or daily practice, we created habits:
- Static stretching
- Dynamic stretching
- Restorative yoga
- Yoga Partner
We hope that you will continue your good practices and take care of your body as long as possible.
You can create as many mini yoga sequences as you like by taking all the trackers from the standing position and freely creating the sequences.

The Acro-Wine team has worked on TWO MINI YOGA SEQUENCES that take up what we have seen over the last few months together.
You can find these sequences on our website, the PDF is downloadable as a TRACKER as you are now used to.

We will meet again on Thursday for a new “Theory” article.
Try to do this entire sequence several times this week. We’ll introduce you to another 20 minutes mini-class next week! Next week we’ll go over how to make simple, logical sequences if you want to create your own sequence in detail.
